Dear Tariq,

Over the years I have built relationships with different print vendors and
the majority of the time I receive really good customer service. This year,
I began doing business with AXP because I was looking for a local print
vendor that could run small jobs cost effectively and with high quality.
What I didn't realize was that AXP would have a valuable asset that no other
company has. And that is Lindsay.

Lindsay is one of the most professional and positive people I've ever worked
with in the industry. If I ask a question, she responds in a timely manner
with an answer. She has never shared a negative tone and always meets issues
with a positive, solution-solving out look. She even took time out of her
day to allow me and a student I was mentoring to tour your facility. I'm
sure I'm not the only client who believes Lindsay is a class act!

Lindsay is a valuable asset to AXP. It is a pleasure working with her. She
