Please read the Q & A below for answers to common questions.

Q: How can I give my approval of a file, so it can go to print?
A: You can do one of two things:

1) You can send your approval via email, or
2) You can fax us your signed approval: 972.238.9240

Q: How will I know that my file has uploaded successfully?
A: Once you have completely filled out the form, you should then see a pop-up panel that displays the file upload progress. When your file is completed, the pop-up panel will indicate that and then you will receive an email stating that we have received your file.

Q: I don't see the pop-up panel, what do I do?
A: If you do not see the pop-up panel, click cancel and start over. Make sure that you have completely filled out the form before you click "Send File" and follow the directions on the pop-up panel.
